Welcome to Frank Ranch. We are John and Redonna Frank, the proud owners of Frank Ranch, where leadership is developed and legacies are passed down. Frank Ranch has a long history and passion for horses and service to others and the local community. We specialize not only in training horses, but training individuals. From leadership development events, team building, birthday parties and riding lessons, Frank Ranch takes great pride in helping others.

We are located just one hour east of Houston, Texas in Anahuac, Texas. A spacious, country-side get-away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Frank Ranch provides and shares the skills that have been developed to train great horses as well leading people in the workforce to create a fun and exciting team building event.

Our team building events allow for management teams, supervisors, and sales executives to name a few to come out and have knowledge, experiences, and leadership qualities shared in a fun atmosphere riding horses while learning more about one another. The leadership and legacy that Frank Ranch wants to pass down is not the personal achievements that we've acquired but the service and time we can instill in others to get ahead, to be successful at work and in life by taking time to develop and improve on those qualities needed to be successful. And, we'll have fun doing it!
