Want to bring your team closer together, have them understand each other’s strengths and weaknesses, allowing growth as a team? Frank Ranch has the perfect opportunity for you!

This unique and fun option for Management / Supervision teams allows the opportunity to get your team out of the office for a day of bonding with one another while experiencing the thrill of riding horses.

The event starts the morning with a country breakfast and a Leadership discussion. This leadership topic will be focused around your team, allowing everyone to think about how each person can improve the team as a whole.

Later, we will move into the riding arena pairing each individual with a well-trained, gentle horse for any and all riding levels. You will have the opportunity to get acquainted with your horse and play some fun equestrian games. Those who want the challenge and experience of more Western riding events will get the opportunity to try their hand at roping, cutting, and a reining event.

After riding, we will take a lunch break where steaks will be served. We will also chat about riding the horses and how we can implement what we’ve learned in our everyday jobs.

How well did I communicate to my horse?
Was I clear with my signals - using my hands and legs to assist?
Did I sit up in the saddle with confidence, feeling relaxed while signaling to my horse that I can be trusted and the Leader?
Did I spend time as a leader to really learn more about my horse and my horses personality?
How well trained is my horse?
Does my horse need development in a certain area?
Do I need to make a decision that maybe I may be asking my horse to perform a task that doesn’t fit my horses discipline or talents?

This is just a small example of how we can take a fun, team building event with horses and bring that experience and knowledge to our everyday lives on the job.

This opportunity allows one to compare if he/she is really taking the time to do the same within our teams at work - and how well are we constantly evaluating ourselves and our teams.

We will return to the arena for more riding time where you will have the opportunity to bond with such a great animal that I love. My horses have taught me patience, endurance, thinking outside of the box, and enjoyment to name a few – and they can teach you just the same!

Pictures and video are allowed and encouraged. Bring these memories back with you - share with coworkers, family, and friends – and always remember what you learned. Shirts will also be provided to all attendees.
